4. Sampling Policy

  • Samples may be provided before bulk production.

  • Sample costs and shipping charges are usually paid by the client.

  • Bulk production begins only after sample approval (if applicable).

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity and customization complexity.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched.

6. Customization & Intellectual Property

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that logos, designs, and artwork provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

  • Clothero International is not liable for trademark or copyright violations related to client-submitted designs.

7. Quality Assurance

  • We follow strict quality control procedures before shipment.

  • Minor variations in color or size may occur due to manufacturing processes and fabric differences.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • As a custom manufacturer, we generally do not accept returns unless products have manufacturing defects.
